http://MetroAtlantaHome.com – Learn more about the best Real Estate search website for consumers. The pros and cons for each Real Estate search engine and how to best use the features of these websites. When buying or selling a home, many people turn to the internet for real estate information and to search for homes. There are literally thousands of real estate websites that will allow you to search homes. Some of these websites are better than others, and many provide similar buyer/seller information along with the latest news. This video covers the positives and negatives of the three major national real estate websites: Realtor.com. Zillow.com, and Trulia.com. I also cover local search options for those viewers in the Metro Atlanta Area.

Video Transcript:
When beginning the search for a home, most people these days start on the internet.
Many times they simply go to a search engine like Google or Yahoo and type in something like "home search" or "homes for sale" and search returns a ton of websites to choose from.
While there are literally thousands of websites that allow you to view homes for sale, I want to cover a couple of the major sites you will come across and discuss their benefits and drawbacks. The top national real estate websites by number of users are: Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com, MSN Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, Yahoo Real Estate. The top three, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, each have about a 7% share of the total visitors to real estate search websites. This doesn't seem like much, but there is a ton of competition for home search websites and there are a lot of people out there looking at homes online.
